My goal for their swimwear collection was to source recycled fabrics made from nylon fibers, which are created from waste materials such as fishing nets from the oceans, scraps of fabric, and carpets from landfills. I also checked the fabric’s performance to make sure it was right for swimwear, looking for features like UV protection, quick-drying, and resistance to chlorine and saltwater.
