Hi, I’m Aurélie, a fabric sourcing expert
originally from Paris and now based in Vienna.
●About

With over 15 years of experience in the textile industry, I specialize in sourcing materials for fashion. Since 2007, I’ve been helping brands find the ideal textiles and create custom fabrics that bring their designs to life.
It all started with a love for form, color and craftsmanship. After earning my applied arts diploma, I pursued my passion for fashion design and graduated from the renowned fashion school Atelier Chardon Savard in Paris.
In 2008, I began my career at Paule Ka, where I developed a deep fascination with fabrics and gained firsthand experience in the workings of a creative studio and atelier. This led me to join the international brand Sandro Paris, where, over the next four years, I became their Men’s Studio Coordinator, specializing in fabric sourcing, print development and accessory design.
Following my time at Sandro, I had the opportunity to join the house Yves Saint Laurent. During my years there, I oversaw fabric research and development for the Men’s, Women’s, and Couture departments. I conduct in-depth research into fabrics and historical textile archives, drawing inspiration from the past to develop distinctive materials. This exploration has taken me across Europe and Japan, the latter renowned for its exceptionally creative and innovative textiles. Through visits to a wide range of mills and factories, I’ve had the opportunity to observe every stage of production, from spinning and dyeing to weaving and finishing; continually deepening my knowledge of new technologies, techniques and possibilities.

In 2015, I relocated to Vienna for love and two years later, I launched my own company dedicated to supporting European designers in sourcing fabrics. I began fostering connections across the industry, building a network grounded in creativity, craftsmanship and shared values. Through this work, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with emerging labels and established fashion houses alike, acting as a bridge between creative vision and material execution.
